The Role You Will Play

· Receive WARM LEADS that we will confirm the day of for you. NO PROSPECTING NEEDED, our proven marketing strategies over the past 22 years can supply opportunities for you. You will meet with potential clients who have expressed interest/need in receiving a home improvement estimate for windows, siding and/or doors.

· The primary function of this role is to generate business by building relationships out in the field with potential customers who are interested in our products and services. (After on-site training and in-field shadowing the Salesperson will offer an in home estimate direct to consumer.)

· As a key player on the sales team, this role will work closely with management to establish and meet sales goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Commission based income $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

First year income for mid tear salesperson is 40K-50K

More experienced salespeople can earn 150K-250K
